Noor Fikr — Arabic for "light of thought" — was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2022 by a group of business and technology advisors who had spent years watching AI implementation projects stall, not because the technology was unsuitable, but because organisations hadn't properly examined their data, their workflows, or their teams' readiness.
We decided there was a more considered path. One that begins with listening, proceeds through structured assessment, and produces recommendations that organisations can actually act on. We chose Masdar City Free Zone deliberately — it sits at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and genuine ambition in the UAE.
Our mission is simple: to help UAE businesses make informed, well-timed decisions about AI integration — without pressure, without unnecessary complexity, and without the assumption that any particular tool is the right answer.
